However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to request a refund or cancel a service. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for services that have not yet been initiated or delivered.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within 14 days of the service delivery.

Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please email us at bytemasterenterprises@gmail.com with your service details and reason for the refund.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Processing

  • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be issued based on the service usage or stage of completion.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized services, fully delivered services, or services that have been substantially completed are non-refundable.
  • Subscription services may only be refunded for the unused portion of the subscription period.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel a service before it has been initiated without any penalty.
  •  If a service has already commenced, cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply based on the extent of work completed.

How to Cancel a Service

  • To cancel a service, please contact us at bytemasterenterprises@gmail.com with your service details and reason for cancellation.
  • We will confirm the cancellation request within 3 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

  • For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. However, to avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  • No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period once a new billing cycle has started.
